Your waitlist information

What we collect

Your email address, country, trader or mentor role, trading platform, and optional community details. We also record when you consented and campaign information in the link you used to reach us. We keep the most recent tagged campaign in browser session storage during your visit, so opening another page before signing up does not lose that source. We do not request trading credentials or account balances.

How we use it

We use this information to maintain the waitlist, understand launch demand, assess availability, and send the waitlist and launch updates you request. Joining does not guarantee access. You can withdraw your email consent at any time.

Storage and service providers

This site is hosted on Vercel. Waitlist submissions are stored in our waitlist database, and we copy waitlist details to a private Google Sheet using Google Apps Script to manage signups and prepare requested launch communications. These providers process information to host the site and help us maintain the waitlist. Information may be processed outside your country, where different laws may apply. We use access controls and collect only the information needed for this purpose. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

To limit automated submissions, we use a short-lived hash derived from your network address. These records expire after two hours and are cleared during subsequent signup requests. Hosting providers may also process technical connection and security logs. We store your advertising-measurement choice in your browser for up to 180 days. You can change it using “Privacy choices” in the footer. Declining does not affect your ability to join the waitlist or receive the email updates you request.

Optional advertising measurement

If you allow measurement, we load the Meta Pixel and X Pixel to measure visits and completed waitlist signups. These providers may receive page URLs, campaign and ad-click identifiers, cookie identifiers, technical browser and network information, a random conversion identifier, and whether the signup is for trader or mentor access. This helps us attribute signups to ads and improve advertising. We do not intentionally send your email, community name, country, trading platform selection, trading credentials or account balances as pixel parameters, and automatic advanced matching is not enabled.

We send a signup conversion only after a new waitlist record is saved. Duplicate submissions, failed submissions and detected bot submissions do not generate a signup conversion. Browser choices or blocking tools can prevent measurement, so advertising reports may differ from our stored signup counts. Meta and X process measurement information under their own privacy policies and may process it outside your country.

We respect a browser Global Privacy Control signal by keeping optional ad measurement off. Withdrawing measurement permission stops future measurement on this browser and clears accessible first-party pixel cookies; it does not automatically remove information already received by a provider.

Your choices

Contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or to withdraw consent. We retain waitlist information while it is needed for the prelaunch and requested communications, subject to deletion requests and any legal retention obligations. We do not sell waitlist information.

Changes

We will update this notice if the waitlist’s data practices change. Any materially different use that requires new consent will be presented before that use begins.
